摘要
食品供应链涉及环节较多,导致质量安全风险管控难度较大。为此,本文提出食品供应链质量安全能力风险与信用风险控制研究。本文分析了供应链视角下食品质量安全能力风险与信用风险的形成机理,结合分析结果,提出以加强食品供应链体系建设、加强流通领域安全监管为基础的能力风险控制策略和以健全合作关系条款、加强信息共享与交流为基础的信用风险控制策略。
The food supply chain involves many links,which makes it difficult to control the quality and safety risk.Therefore,this paper proposes a study on the quality and safety capability risk and credit risk control of the food supply chain.This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of food quality and safety capability risk and credit risk from the perspective of supply chain.Combined with the analysis results,it proposes a capability risk control strategy based on strengthening the construction of food supply chain system and strengthening safety supervision in the field of circulation,and credit risk control strategy based on improving the terms of cooperation and strengthening information sharing and communication.
