摘要
风险分析是近年来国际上出现的保证安全的一种新的模式,为保护消费者的健康,食品包装建立科学系统的危害的评估、管理及其防范尤为重要。指出食品包装中的不安全因素包括包装材料、添加剂、生物性危害、农药的残留、环境污染等。提出了从包装设计、包装材料与添加剂、包装处理技术、包装操作、储运等方面加强管理,并从监测体系、制定完善食品卫生标准和有关法规条例、HAC-CP管理等食品包装的风险防范。
The insecurity factor including the pack material, additive, the living creature, the bane, agrochemical stay, pollution of the environment etc on food package were discussed. Protection steps to ensure food safety of the pack age designs, material and additive, packaging handle technique, packaging operation, storing, conveyance, monitor system, establishment standard of perfect food hygiene with relevant laws and regulation. HACCP management for food packing safety were proposed.
