Scaling Errors Balance Method of Multi-current Sensors for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Driven by Quasi-Z-source Inverter

摘要 该文提出一种应用于准Z源逆变器–永磁同步电机控制中的电流传感器比例误差平衡方法。该方法在一个PWM周期的2个直通矢量中对逆变器输出相支路与逆变器一个桥臂支路电流的和进行采样。通过将2次采样值作差,可以获得三相电流传感器之间比例系数的关系,进而可以对电流传感器比例误差进行矫正。论文分析了从直通矢量采样获得的电流中提取电流传感器比例误差的可行性,并给出相应的调制策略。对比在零矢量中进行电流采样的方法,直通矢量采样的电流传感器比例误差平衡方法可以消除存在于高调制区的采样盲区,扩展电机运行范围,其有效性在一台20kW的永磁同步电机上得到了实验验证。 This paper proposed a scaling errors balance method of multi-current sensors for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) driven by quasi-Z-source inverter.In this method, the sum of the inverter output phase branch current and one arm branch current is sampled under actions of two different shoot-through voltage vectors in a PWM cycle.By making the difference between the two sampling values, the relationship between the scaling errors of the three-phase current sensors can be obtained, and then the scaling coefficients of the current sensors can be balanced. This paper analyzed the feasibility of extracting the scaling errors of current sensors from the currents obtained sampled under action of shoot-through voltage vector, and introduced the corresponding modulation strategy. Compared with the current sampling method in zero voltage vector, the scaling error balance method of current sensors based on shoot-through voltage vector sampling can eliminate the measurement dead zone in high-modulation region and expand the operation range of the motor. Its effectiveness has been verified by experiments on a 20kW PMSM.
