摘要
绿色低碳时代下企业将面临完全不同的外部环境与约束条件,客观上需要企业基于未来的商业环境塑造全新的经营理念,并有针对性地开展管理转型以实现创新发展。论文分析了当前企业推进低碳发展的必要性,重点从营造低碳价值观与低碳文化、加快开展碳核算、加快数字化转型等方面探讨了企业实现管理转型与创新发展的关键措施,为企业顺利实现低碳转型和管理创新发展提供借鉴与启示。
In the green and low-carbon era,enterprises will face completely different external environments and constraints.Objectively,enterprises need to shape new business ideas based on the future business environment,and carry out targeted management transformation to achieve innovative development.This paper analyzes the necessity for enterprises to promote low-carbon development,and emphatically discusses the key measures for enterprises to realize management transformation and innovative development from the aspects of creating low-carbon values and low-carbon culture,accelerating carbon accounting and accelerating digital transformation,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for enterprises to successfully realize low-carbon transformation and management innovative development.
