摘要
目的:探究中药外敷内服配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠在治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年6月—2021年6月就诊于安徽中医药大学骨二科门诊的60例肩周炎患者,随机分成2组,每组30例,对照组仅予以关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,观察组在此基础上,另加外敷消瘀接骨散及颈椎活血胶囊口服,疗程为5周,对比治疗前后2组患者的肩关节功能程度改善及综合疗效差别,进行分析评价。结果:观察组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为70%,治疗前2组患者UCLA评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分比对照组更高(P<0.05),有统计学意义。提示观察组肩关节功能改善程度及治疗效果较对照组优。结论:中药外敷内服配合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠在治疗肩周炎的过程中能明显改善肩关节功能,提高治疗效率,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external application and internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with joint cavity inject sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:from June 2020 to June 2021,60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in two outpatient department of orthopedics of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group only received articular cavity inject.On this basis,the observation group was given external application of Xiaoyu Jiegu powder and oral administration of cervical vertebra Huoxue Capsule.The course of treatment was five weeks.The shoulder function and comprehensive curative effect of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%.There was no significant difference in UCLA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),statistically significant.It is suggested that the improvement of shoulder joint function and comprehensive curative effect of the observation group are better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with articular cavity inject sodium hyaluronate can significantly improve the function of the shoulder joint and improve the treatment efficiency during the treatment of frozen shoulder.It is worthy of clinical application.
