摘要
耕读教育作为农林院校加强劳动教育的重要载体,对培养涉农高校学生强农兴农的使命和知农爱农的情怀具有深远意义。新时代,加强耕读教育是时代课题、理论需要和实践要求,有利于立德树人目标的落实,乡村振兴人才的培养和耕读传家优秀传统文化的传承。为促进耕读教育落地落实,涉农高校要有效开展耕读教育,注重教育引领,加强教师队伍建设,营造耕读文化氛围,完善相关条件保障,着力培养有思想、爱劳动、能创新的高素质劳动者。
As an important carrier to strengthen labor education in agricultural colleges,Farming and reading education is of far-reaching significance to cultivate students′ sense of vocation of boosting agricultural prosperity and their thoughts and feelings of understanding as well as loving agriculture.In the new era,strengthening Farming and reading education is the subject of the times,the requirements of theoretical development and that of practice,which is conducive to the implementation of the goal of moral education and talent cultivation,the talent training for rural revitalization and the inheritance of the superior traditional culture of farming families.In order to promote the implementation of Farming and reading education,agricultural colleges should effectively carry out Farming and reading education,focus on the leading function of education,build up the teaching faculties,construct the cultural atmosphere for farming-reading,improve the relevant safeguards,so as to foster the high-quality laborers with profound thoughts,passion for labor and innovation.
