摘要
当前,对工匠精神存在三大误区:概念上把工匠与工匠精神混淆等同;内涵上把工匠精神与职业精神混同误解;路径上依赖职业学校。现代产业发展背景下,“工匠精神”不仅表现为一种精益求精、一丝不苟、耐心专注、敬业乐业的工作态度,更是民族精神的重要组成部分、社会主义核心价值观的重要体现和职业道德的最高境界。职业院校对工匠精神的培育必须从主体、平台、机制、手段、体系等社会存在着手,厚植土壤,营造环境。
At present,there are three misunderstandings about the craftsman spirit:craftsman spirit is confused with craftsman conceptually and with professionalism in terms of connotation;furthermore,schools are overdependent regarding its approaches.Under the background of modern industrial development,craftsman spirit is not only a working attitude of striving for perfection,meticulousness,patience and dedication,but also an important part of national spirit,the important embodiment of socialist core values and the highest level of professional ethics.The cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges must start from the social existence of subjects,platform,mechanism,means and system,etc,deeply merged in the soil and create better environment.
