摘要
新时代党的建设总要求,为提升领导干部政治能力进行了战略确认和方法论定位。新征程上党的建设面临一些现实境遇,提升领导干部政治能力既要摆脱固有思维模式,又要注重防范化解重大风险的干扰。提升领导干部政治能力,既是统筹推进“四个伟大”的战略之举,也是实现良政善治的首要标准,更是百年来党的建设的经验总结。应遵照提升领导干部政治能力的价值逻辑和实践图景,既要坚定正确政治方向,又要发扬斗争精神,还要致力于健全党内监督和评价体系,在增强领导干部学习能力的实践进程中,积极践行党的初心使命。
The overall requirements of Party building in the new era have served as the strategy and methodology for improving the political ability of Party leading cadres.In the face of realities of Party building on the new journey,it is required that the existing mindset be improved,and great attention be paid to preventing and resolving major risks,so as to improve the political ability of leading cadres.On the new journey,improving the political ability of Party leading cadres is not only a strategic measure to promote the“Four Greats”,that is,the great struggle,the great project,the great cause and the great dream,but also the primary criterion for achieving good governance,as well as a summary of the experience of Party building in the past hundred years.It is urgently suggested that,we should follow the value logic and practical outlook of improving the political ability of leading cadres,strengthen the correct political direction,maintain a fighting spirit,strive to improve the inner Party supervision and evaluation systems,and actively fulfill the Party's original mission in the process of enhancing the learning ability of Party leading cadres.
