摘要
为提高小功率航天设备的可靠性,设计了一种基于高侧电流检测芯片的可恢复式的过流检测电路。采用硬件逻辑电路实现了反时限、定时限和瞬时速断保护曲线,对该电路进行仿真分析和验证,并对多级保护策略进行了讨论。结果表明:该电路结构简单、可靠性高,可灵活调整保护时间,其功能和性能均满足指标要求;采用多级分段保护的方式可提高电子系统的可靠性。
To improve the reliability of low-power space equipment,a recoverable overcurrent detection circuit based on high-side current detection chip was designed.The inverse time-lag,fixed timelag and instantaneous quick-break protection curve were realized by using hardware logic circuit structure.In addition,the circuit was simulated,analyzed and verified.And the multi-level protection strategy was discussed.The results showed that the function and performance could meet the requirements,the circuit structure was simple,the reliability was high,and the protection time could be adjusted flexibly.The multi-level subsection protection was adopted to improve the reliability of the electronic system.
