摘要
与政策研究和实践发展相比,公共文化基础理论研究相对不足,探讨公共文化概念是公共文化理论研究和学科化发展的基础。文章尝试从“文化”“公共文化”等核心概念出发,探讨公共文化研究内容及属性。公共文化中的文化概念不仅指文化资源,也指群体在文化实践中意义共享的过程。公共文化研究是以公共空间内文化资源的展示、传播和共享为研究对象的一个交叉性强、跨学科门类多的研究领域,研究内容包含公共文化遗产、公共文化服务、公共文化管理和公共文化传播;公共文化研究亟需厘清理论研究的基本问题,并进一步讨论公共文化研究的学科化发展。
s Compared with researches on public cultural policies and practice,there have been inadequate researches on the theoretical basis of public culture.And researches on the concept of public culture would provide a solid basis for the development of studies on public culture as well as its disciplinary construction.Thus,this paper tries to discuss the attributes and contents of researches on public culture,starting from some basic concepts like culture,public culture,etc.In researches on public culture,the concept of culture refers not only to cultural resources,but also to the processes of community sharing in cultural practices.As an interdisciplinary research field focusing on the presentation,dissemination and sharing of cultural resources in public spaces,researches on public culture pay attention to public cultural heritage,public cultural services,public cultural management and public cultural communication.In the future,it is necessary to clarify the basic theoretical issues of researches on public culture and advance its development as an independent discipline.
