摘要
理顺基本公共文化服务的概念是实现基本公共文化服务均等化、标准化的基础。从公共文化产品、公民文化权益与政策管理视角梳理公共文化服务概念的演变情况,进而在视角融合协同中定义基本公共文化服务内涵。
Rationalizing the concept of basic public cuhural services is the basis for implementing the equaliza- tion and standardization of basic public cultural services. This paper has researched the development of the con- cept of public cultural services from the perspectives of public cultural products, civil cultural rights and inter- ests and policy management. It also has discussed how to define the connotation of basic public cultural services from a integrative and synergetic perspective. 3 tabs. 19 refs.
