摘要
为改善传统直接转矩控制低速时的控制性能,分析了传统直接转矩控制系统产生磁链和转矩脉动大、响应速度慢、抗干扰性差的原因,利用空间矢量脉宽调制技术可合成任意空间电压矢量的优点结合定子磁链的观测值与定子电流的比值和定子电阻变化相反的特点,设计了能在线实现定子电阻跟踪的空间矢量脉宽调制直接转矩控制系统。在MATLAB/Simulink上建模仿真对比,结果表明该控制系统确实能改善由于定子电阻值变化而带来磁链估计和转矩估计不准确的问题,提升系统响应速度,改善磁链和转矩脉动,优化直接转矩控制系统的性能。
In order to improve the control performance of traditional direct torque control in low speed, The causes of large torque and flux ripple, slow response, and the poor anti-interference ability of the traditional direct torque control system ware analyzed.The advantage of SVPWM to synthesize any space voltage vector and the character of the ratio of stator flux to actual current opposite to stator resistance ware applied.A SVPWM direct torque control system was designed, which can track the rotor resistance online.A simulation model was established for comparative analysis in MATLAB/Simulink, its result proved the new designed system can improve the inaccurate problem of torque estimate and flux linkage estimate leading by the change of rotor resistance under temperature variation actually, enhance the response speed of the system, improve the flux linkage and torque ripple, and optimize the performance of the direct torque control system.
