自修复再生混凝土应力-应变曲线试验研究

Experimental study on stress-strain curve of self-healing recycled concrete

摘要 通过以再生骨料作为微生物载体制备自修复再生混凝土,采用控制变量法设计24个试件进行单轴受压加载试验,通过试验测得其单轴受压应力-应变曲线。试验结果表明,随着修复时间的不断增加,自修复再生混凝土的峰值应力、峰值应变和弹性模量均有一定程度的增加。采用单轴受压本构方程进行拟合,上半段曲线采用三次多项式拟合,下半段曲线采用有理分式拟合,拟合结果合理,匹配度高。 In this paper,self-healing recycled concrete is prepared with recycled aggregate as microbial carri⁃er,and 24 specimens are designed by the controlled variable method for uniaxial compressive loading test,and the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve was measured through the test.The test results show that the peak stress,peak strain and elastic modulus of self-healing recycled concrete all increase to a certain extent with the increase of repair time.The uniaxial compression constitutive equation is used for fitting,the upper half of the curve is fitted by a cubic polynomial,and the lower half of the curve is fitted by a rational fraction.The fitting results are reasonable and the matching degree is high.
