再生骨料在路缘石中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探索再生骨料应用于路缘石的可行性和成型方式对其性能的影响规律,分别以取代率为0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%制备路缘石,研究了取代率和骨料等级对抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。以30%再生骨料代替天然骨料,探究了不同成型方式与路缘石吸水率、抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冻性的关系及规律。研究结果表明:随着再生骨料掺量的逐渐增加,路缘石的抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐降低,且再生骨料品质对其影响由高到低依次为:Ⅲ类再生骨料、Ⅱ类再生骨料、Ⅰ类再生骨料;振动成型和浇筑成型密实度高、孔隙率较低,静压成型密实度差、孔隙率较高,静压成型吸水率最高、振动成型次之、浇筑成型最低;浇筑成型方法制成的再生混凝土路缘石试件的强度最高,振动成型次之,静压成型最低;静压成型试件孔隙率最高,试件质量损失率最大,浇筑成型质量损失率最小。 In order to explore the application feasibility of recycled aggregates in curbstones and explore the influence of forming methods on its performance,curbstone samples with substitution rate 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%are prepared to study the impact of substitution rate and aggregate grade on compressive strength and flexural strength.This paper uses 30%recycled aggregates to replace natural aggregates to prepare curbs,the relationship and laws between different molding methods and water absorption,compressive strength,flexural strength,and frost resistance are explored.The results of the study show that with the gradual increase in the amount of recycled aggregate,both the compressive strength and flexural strength of curbstones gradually decrease,and influence of the quality of recycled aggregates reduced in order:TypeⅢrecycled aggregate,TypeⅡrecycled aggregate,TypeⅠrecycled aggregate.Vibration forming and pouring forming have high compaction and low porosity,while hydrostatic forming has poor compaction and high porosity.Hydrostatic forming has the highest water absorption rate,followed by vibration forming,and pouring forming is the lowest;The highest strength of recycled concrete curbs is made by the pouring forming method,followed by vibratory forming and the lowest by hydrostatic forming.The porosity of the hydrostatically formed test piece is the highest which leads to the largest mass loss rate,while the pouring molding mass loss rate is the smallest.
