摘要
棉粕是棉籽榨油处理后的副产物,其蛋白质含量较高和氨基酸含量丰富,可作为畜禽日粮中的蛋白来源。由于棉粕中棉酚含量较高,具有一定的抗营养特性,限制了其在畜禽日粮中的使用。因此,脱酚处理对于棉粕在畜禽生产中的应用具有重要意义。本文综述了棉粕与脱酚棉籽蛋白的营养价值和抗营养因子含量及其在单胃动物生产中的应用,为棉粕在畜牧生产中作为蛋白质资源的高效利用提供参考。
Cottonseed meal,by-product obtained from cottonseed oil processing,contains high protein content and good amino acid composition.It can be used as a protein source in livestock and poultry diets.However,due to its high gossypol content,cottonseed meal has certain anti-nutritional properties,limiting its use in livestock and poultry diets.Therefore,dephenolization treatment is of great significance for the application of cottonseed meal in livestock and poultry production.This paper summarizes the impacts of dephenolization on the nutritional value and anti-nutritional factor content of cottonseed meal as well as its application status in livestock diets,in order to provide reference for the efficient utilization of cottonseed meal as a protein resource in livestock production.
