Analysis of Key Technology of Composite Carbody Structure in Korea

摘要 介绍了韩国Hanvit 200型列车的车体结构材料设计、整体混合设计、制造工艺、构件连接方式等关键技术,并通过车体静强度试验、模态试验、疲劳强度试验及耐碰撞性能评估,对车体结构的强度和稳定性进行验证。 The paper introduces the key technologies of carbody structure material design,overall mixed design,manufacturing process and component connection mode of Hanvit 200 in South Korea,and verifies the strength and stability of the body structure through static strength test,modal test,fatigue strength test and crashworthiness evaluation.
