摘要
针对四模块铰接式100%低地板车车体结构强度分析中编组计算模型大、受力分析复杂的问题,设计一种单模块分离的计算方法。根据低地板车辆的结构特点和铰接装置的动态特性,建立车体结构在分析工况下的静力学平衡方程;求解得到各模块车体连接部件的铰接载荷及车体和转向架的接口载荷;单独对每一节车体进行结构强度分析。基于此方法计算了车钩拉伸、压缩工况下的车体结构强度,将编组计算与单车计算进行了分析对比。分析结果表明:单车计算的结果和编组计算的结果吻合程度较好,可应用于四编组低地板车的结构强度分析。
Aimed at the problems of large marshalling calculation model and complex force analysis in the strength analysis of the four-module articulated 100% low-floor car body structure, a single-module separation calculation method was designed. According to the structural characteristics of the low-floor vehicle and the dynamic characteristics of the articulation device, the static balance equation of the car body structure under the analysis conditions was established, and the articulation load of each modular car body connection part as well as the car body and steering were solved. The structural strength of each car body was studied separately. Based on this method, the structural strength of the car body under tension and compression conditions of the coupler was calculated, and the marshalling calculation and single-vehicle calculation were analyzed and compared. The analysis results show that the results of single-vehicle calculations are in good agreement with the results of marshalling calculations, and can be applied to the structural strength analysis of four-marshalling low-floor vehicles.
