摘要
针对某100%低地板有轨电车,采用单模块分析法对车体结构静强度进行有限元分析,依据分析结果对其车体结构进行优化,并进行试验测试,验证了车体结构设计安全、强度可靠。
In view of a 100% low floor tram, the single module analytical method is used to conduct simulation of the static strength of car body stucture. Based on the analysis results, the car body structure is optimized, and the test is carried out after the car bady is produced. The test results show that the design of the car body structure is safe and the strength is reliable.
