摘要
冷却风扇固定装置是安装风扇及附属结构的基础。风扇高速旋转时会影响固定装置结构的强度,容易引起结构的断裂。基于UG建立冷却风扇固定装置三维模型,根据TB 3058-2002《机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验标准》确定计算加速度载荷,在有限元软件Workbench中进行静态结构分析,得出各工况下结构的应力值,并理论校核小于材料的许用标准值,满足强度标准。
Cooling fan is the basis for installation of fans and ancillary structures. The strength of fixture structure will be affected when fan rotates quickly, so the structure is easily fractured. The 3D model of cooling fan fixture device is established based on UG, acceleration loads are calculated and determined according to TB 3058-2002 Rolling stock equipment shock and vibration tests standard, and static structure analysis is done in finite element software Workbench, to eventually obtain the stress value of each condition, which is less than allowable standard value of the material, meeting strength standard.
