摘要
针对在产品技术平台上进行产品设计时的功能要求,提出了基于产品技术平台的信息化设计系统的开发方法;构建包含用户界面层、系统功能层、系统数据层和系统支撑层的智能化设计系统的四层次模型,搭建出具备集成化、智能化、协同化及开放性特点的信息化系统。其中,功能层是整个系统的业务核心。通过功能层中自动化辅助功能的设计,将产品技术平台中的产品要素与技术要素有机地结合起来,引导设计师在规范化、标准化的设计流程、方法、模块、工具的支撑与牵引下,智能化地完成各项设计活动。这样的设计方式,一方面减少了设计师的大量重复工作,提高了研发效率;另一方面,通过成熟的技术资源与方法的重用,节省了管理成本,降低了产品质量风险。基于产品技术平台的智能化设计系统,实现了对公司精益资源的有效管理与应用,实现了产品设计的全过程智能化辅助,为个性化定制的商业模式作出了实质性的探索。
Aiming at the functional requirements of product design on product technology platform,a platform-based development method of the information design system is proposed;a four-level model of the intelligent design system including the user interface layer,the system function layer,the system data layer and the system support layer is designed and an information system with the characteristics of integration,intelligence,collaboration and openness is constructed.Among them,the functional layer is the business core of the entire system.Through the automated assistant design functions in the functional layer,the product elements and technical elements in the platform are organically combined,guiding the designers to complete various design activities intelligently under the support and traction of standard design processes,methods,modules,and tools.This design method,on one hand,reduces a large amount of repetitive work of designers to improve R&D efficiency;on the other hand,through the reuse of mature technical resources and methods,it saves management costs and reduces product quality risks.The platform-based intelligent design system realizes the effective management and application of the company's lean resources,provides the intelligent assistance through the whole process of product design,and makes a substantial exploration of custom-tailored business model.
