摘要
通过扫描电镜及能谱分析,研究了国内某车型侧围热镀锌外板冲压后斑块缺陷的表观形貌及内部金相组织,探讨了热镀锌外板冲压后斑块缺陷的形成原因与解决措施。结果表明:斑块区域与正常区域金相组织状态均匀,均为铁素体组织,晶粒大小约20μm。去锌层分析抑制层均覆盖良好,无漏镀缺陷。斑块状缺陷锌层厚度存在轻微不均匀现象,冲压打磨后因粗糙度差异表现为明暗区域,生产时可通过采用光整机增加轧制力或采用低粗糙度辊来减轻。
Through scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,the ap⁃parent morphology and internal metallographic organization of the patchy defects after stamp⁃ing on the hot-dip galvanized outer plate of a domestic model side panel is studied,the causes and solutions of those patchy defects are discussed.The results show that:metallo⁃graphic organization state of both patch area and normal area is uniform,which are ferrite organization,the grain size is about 20μm.The inhibition layer is covered well with no missing plating defects through dezincification analysis.There is a slight unevenness in the thickness of the zinc layer with the patch defects,which is displayed as bright and dark ar⁃eas after stamping and polishing due to the difference in roughness,it can be mitigated by increasing the rolling force with a finishing machine or by using low roughness rollers dur⁃ing production.
