摘要
基于上海外高桥第二发电厂2×900 MW机组输灰系统中使用的MOLLER阀控制主板,结合生产实际提出了改进措施并进行了技术更新。采用基于嵌入式ARM技术的国产新型控制板替代,并经过现场调试,对此类新型控制板进行了优化。在使用嵌入式ARM技术后可实现圆顶阀的气电控集成化、智能控制及阀门状态的实时监控,便于现场调试和后期维护。实现了进口产品国产化,降低了维护费用。
Based on the MOLLER valve control main board used in the ash conveying system of the 2×900 MW unit of Shanghai Waigaoqiao No.2 Power Plant,the improvement measures were proposed and the technology was updated in combination with the actual production.After using embedded ARM technology,the integration of pneumatic and electronic control,intelligent control and real-time monitoring of status of dome valve can be realized,which is convenient for on-site commissioning and later maintenance.The localization of imported products is realized and the maintenance cost is reduced.
