摘要
在运行过程中,漳泽电力河津发电厂2×350MW机组MOLLER双套紊流正压浓相输灰系统曾出现了MOLLER阀故障、斜槽堵灰、灰管积灰、输灰不畅、灰斗落灰不畅、压缩空气管路泄漏、输灰管道堵塞等问题,采用多年现场事故处理经验相结合理论探讨的方法,分析了双套紊流正压浓相输灰系统故障产生的原因,找出了影响系统运行稳定性的主要因素,提出了改进措施和处理办法。经现场运行证明故障原因分析较为合理,改进措施和处理办法较得当,对同类设备的运行维护具有参考价值。
In operation, the MOLLER double turbulent positive dense ash-delivery system installed in Hejing Power Plant 2 × 350 MW generating-unit has encountered many breakdowns such as MOLLER valve breakdown, inclined groove blocking, ash-pipe stocking, ash delivery impeding,ash-sticking pan,leakage of pressed air pipe,ash delivery pipe blocking and so on. The paper, in combination years of site fault experences with relative theory, anlyses the cause of breakdown and finds out the main factor which affects the syttem stable running. The paper suggests some countermeasures and treatment ,which have been proved to be reasonable and can be taken as reference.
