摘要
通过分析桥梁悬臂段挂篮行走速度的影响因素,逐一分析提高挂篮行走速度的措施,研究结果表明:施工现场共有4套菱形挂篮,每套自重40 t,低于图纸设计的挂篮最大重量45 t,符合施工要求,发现挂篮在移动时,挂篮未发生前倾,仅因轨道不平整挂篮横向发生了微小的移动。经测量支点纵向在一条线上,两侧支点位置一致,设计合理,可以达到提高挂篮行走的施工效率,有效压缩施工工期,降低施工成本的目的。
By analyzing the influencing factors of the walking speed of the hanging basket in the cantilever section of the bridge, the measures to improve the walking speed of the hanging basket are analyzed one by one. The research results show that: construction site a total of 4 sets of diamond-shaped basket, each set of weight of 40 tons, lower than the drawing design of the basket maximum weight of 45 tons, in line with the construction requirements found that the basket in the movement, the basket did not tilt forward, only because of the uneven track hanging basket transverse tiny movement. According to the measurement, the fulcrum is longitudinal in a line, the position of both sides of the fulcrum is consistent, and the design is reasonable, which can improve the construction efficiency of basket walking, effectively compress the construction period, and reduce the construction cost.
