摘要
目的观察止嗽散加减方治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月东莞市中医院儿科门诊治疗的感染后咳嗽患儿50例,随机分为对照组25例和观察组25例,2组均给予雾化吸入,观察组给予止嗽散加减方进行治疗,疗程为1周,比较2组临床疗效、症状与体征评分情况。结果观察组总有效率(96.0%)优于对照组(76.0%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。2组症状和体征在治疗前积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组中医症状总积分(2.31±1.52)分,明显比对照组(5.54±1.37)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止嗽散加减方对感染后咳嗽患儿进行施治,能缓解相关症状,改善预后,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhisou powder in treating postinfectious cough in children.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,50 children with cough after infection treated in the pediatric clinic of Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group of 25 cases and observation group of 25 cases.Both groups were given aerosol inhalation.The observation group was treated with modified Zhisou powder for 1 week.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.0%)was better than that of the control group(76.0%)(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs before treatment did not differ between the two groups.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group(2.31±1.52)was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.54±1.37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhisou powder can relieve the symptoms and improve the prognosis of children with cough after infection.It has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
