摘要
目的评价加味玉屏风散煎剂治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效,为中医治疗小儿慢性咳嗽提供新的思路。方法选取40例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组20例用加味玉屏风散煎剂治疗,对照组20例用惠菲宁口服液治疗。并对两组患儿进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,且在减少患儿咳嗽发生频率、增强体质、增进食欲等方面具有显著的优越性。治疗组总有效率为85.00%,对照组为45.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味玉屏风散是治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的有效方剂。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Added Yupingfeng Powder for children chronic cough, to provide a new thinking in treating children chronic cough by TCM. Methods It was the research object that chose 40 cases of children chronic cough, divided into two groups. Treatment group of 20 cases used Added Yupingfeng Powder, while the control group of 20 cases used Robitussin. Compared the curative effect in 2 groups. Results The total effect rate in treatment group was 85. 00 %, that in the control group was 45.00 % , the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group also has advantages in reducing cough freqrency, strengthening health, promoting appetite. Conelusion Added Yupingfeng Powder is a better prescription in treating children chronic cough.
