摘要
针对医院生物样本库运营管理研究缺乏现状,以我国医院生物样本库为研究对象,分析其发展机遇,指出其可持续发展的四方面瓶颈,包括受重视程度低,资金来源渠道单一、后续资金投入不确定性较高,运营管理效率低,样本数据转化机制和对外共享机制不完善等,研究并提出对医院生物样本库建设提高认识、明确定位,严把样本入库关口,加强业务考核,提升精益化管理水平,完善运营管理方法以及注重样本和数据的存储访问等对策建议。
According to the lack of research on operation and management of hospital biobank,this paper takes the Chinese hospital biosample database as research object,analyzes its development opportunities,points out the four bottlenecks of its sustainable development,including low degree of attention,single fund source and channel and high uncertainty of follow-up capital investment,low operation and management efficiency,imperfect sample data transformation mechanism and external sharing mechanism,studies and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of improving the understanding and clearing positioning of the construction of hospital biobank,strictly controlling the warehousing of samples,strengthening business assessment,improving the level of lean management and operation management methods,and paying attention to the storage and access of samples and data.
