摘要
首先,介绍了我国非营利性医院PPP项目的实践情况,进而通过典型案例分析从合规性角度指出了目前投资回报机制在回报方式、合作范围方面存在的问题,最后提出相应建议。
This paper first introduces the status quo of PPP projects in non-profit hospitals in China,and then presents the main problems in way of return and scope of cooperationrelated to compliance through typical cases analysis,and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions.
