摘要
针对中小企业,尤其是工业基础薄弱的制造型企业在智能制造转型升级中快速识别自身短板并作出有针对性改进的需要,结合精益化理论与智能制造理论,从精益化、自动化、数字化、智能化以及互联化5个维度构建中小企业智能制造能力成熟度评价模型,通过专家问卷以及层次分析法确定评价指标权重,并结合实际案例对模型进行验证。结果表明,案例企业智能制造综合评分为1.812分,智能制造能力成熟度等级为2级,正处于工业2.0初期,尚不具备向数字化、智能化发展条件,需进一步加大对精益化和自动化的投入。证明精益化和自动化是目前我国中小制造企业发展的重点,是中小企业智能制造能力提升的方向。
In view of the need for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),especially manufacturing enterprises with weak industrial foundation,to quickly identify their own shortcomings and make targeted improvement in the progress of intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading,combining lean theory and intelligent manufacturing theory,this paper constructs the maturity evaluation model of SMEs intelligent manufacturing capacity from five dimensions:lean,automation,digitalization,intelligent and interconnection,determines the weight of evaluation index through expert questionnaire AHP,and the model is verified by actual cases.The results show that the comprehensive score of the case enterprise is 1.812 points,and its maturity level is level 2.It indicates that the enterprise is in the early stage of Industry 2.0,it does not yet have the conditions for digital and intelligent development,and it is necessary to further increase the focus on lean and automation.It proves that lean and automation are the focus of the development of Chinese SMEs,and are their direction of improving intelligent manufacturing capacity.
