摘要
GB/T 39116-2020《智能制造能力成熟度模型》提出了制造业通用的智能制造能力成熟度评估模型,但汽车行业制造工艺、生产模式、管理模式、销售模式等具有较强的行业特性。在国家标准模型基础上,结合汽车行业特点和国内外其他成熟度模型的应用实践,沿用PTRM四个能力要素,增加文化、供应链与物流能力域,优化完善研发、生产和销售三个能力域所属的能力子域,增加各能力子域对应的关键活动,形成汽车行业智能制造能力成熟度评估指标。
GB/T 39116-2020 Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model proposes a general intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment model for the manufacturing industry,but the manufacturing process,production mode,management mode and sales mode of the automobile industry have strong industrial characteristics.In this paper,based on national standard model,combining with the characteristics of automobile industry and other maturity models at home and abroad application practice,the following four competence factors,increase the cultural domain,supply chain and logistics capability,optimizing research and development,production and sales of abilities of three domains belong subdomains,increase the corresponding ability subdomains of key activities,formed in the auto industry intelligent manufacturing capability maturity assessment indicators.
