摘要
目的探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复期康复效果的影响。方法选择徐州市中医院神经内科收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者91例作为研究对象,采用信封法将其分为对照组(45例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采用康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤与针刺治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分,比较2组治疗前后的改良的Barthel指数(MBI)评分,同时比较2组治疗前后的生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果治疗后观察组FMA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的SF-36各维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中后偏瘫能进一步改善患者的运动功能,改善患者日常活动能力,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 91 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=46)using the envelope method.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer(FMA)scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,the modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The Quality of Life Scale(SF-36)was compared.Results After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MBI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores in all dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can further improve the patient’s motor function,improve the patient’s daily activities and improve the patient’s quality of life.
