摘要
目的:探讨用电针联合隔姜灸和中药汤剂治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的效果及对患者氧化应激、炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年2月徐州市中医院收治的80例风寒袭络型面瘫患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。用中药汤剂对对照组患者进行治疗,用电针联合隔姜灸和中药汤剂对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、氧化应激指标及血清炎性因子的水平。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平高于对照组患者,其血清丙二醛(MDA)的水平低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用电针联合隔姜灸和中药汤剂治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的效果显著,能有效地缓解患者的临床症状,减轻其机体的炎症反应和氧化应激状态。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion and Traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of facial paralysis caused by wind chill and its effect on oxidative stress and inflammation.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,80 patients with facial paralysis caused by wind chill in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with Traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion and Traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and then the clinical efficacy,oxidative stress index and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)level in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)level was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion and Traditional Chinese medicine decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of facial paralysis caused by wind chill,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the inflammatory response and oxidative stress state of the body.
