某型中速柴油机配气凸轮——摇臂滚轮异常磨损研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型柴油机出现配气凸轮与摇臂滚轮异常磨损的情况进行故障成因排查研究,结果表明:配气凸轮与摇臂滚轮发生异常磨损时,摇臂滚轮与滚轮轴同时存在“拉毛”及转动不灵活现象,主要原因是滚轮轴与滚轮之间间隙偏小,摇臂表面粗糙度较差,引起润滑油不能顺畅地进入滚轮和滚轮轴,油膜建立不良、润滑冷却不好,导致摇臂滚轮与滚轮轴早期磨损,进而引发凸轮与滚轮的异常磨损。据此进行了摇臂表面质量改进以增加润滑油流动顺畅性,实施了滚轮轴与滚轮间隙控制以保证油膜良好建立,将凸轮轴油孔直径增大以增加润滑油量。 The cause of the fault is investigated and researched for the abnormal wear of the valve cam and the rocker roller in a medium-speed diesel engine,the analysis results show thatwhen the valve cam and the rocker arm roller are abnormally worn,the rocker arm roller and the roller shaft have the phenomenon of"scraping"and inflexible rotation at the same time.The main reason is that the gap between the roller shaft and the roller is too small,and the surface roughness of the rocker arm is poor,which causes the lubricating oil to not enter the roller and the roller shaft smoothly.In addition,poor oil film establishment and poor lubrication and cooling lead to early wear of the rocker roller and roller shaft,which in turn causes abnormal wear of the cam and roller.Based on this,improvement studies such as improving the surface quality of the rocker arm to increase the smoothness of the lubricating oil flow,controlling the clearance between the roller shaft and the roller to ensure a good oil film establishment,and increasing the diameter of the camshaft oil hole to increase the amount of lubricating oil are carried out and verified.
