某发动机真空泵卡滞故障分析及改进研究

摘要 真空泵是车辆和发动机的重要零部件之一,它通过往复循环的运动产生一定真空度,从而为整车提供真空助力气源。柴油机的怠速提升装置和真空执行器需求的真空都来源于真空泵。由于真空泵在发动机舱内运行,工作环境相对恶劣,很容易发生卡滞等故障。本文通过对某品牌乘用车真空泵失效实例进行分析,结合车辆制动系统和发动机设计结构特点,对真空泵生产过程进行逐项排查,找出造成真空泵卡滞的原因。针对故障原因制定改进措施并加以验证,系统解决了真空泵卡滞的问题。 Vacuum pump is one of the important parts of the vehicle and engine,through the reciprocating circulation movement to produce a certain degree of vacuum power supply for the vehicle,diesel engine idle lifting device and vacuum actuator demand of vacuum are from the vacuum pump.Because the vacuum pump runs in the engine compartment,the working environment is relatively bad,and it is easy to get stuck and other faults.This article through to some brand passenger car vacuum pump failure cases were analyzed,and combining with the characteristics of the vehicle brake system and the engine design structure,screening the vacuum pump production process step by step,accurately find out the reason of affecting vacuum pump binding,improving measures for the cause of the problem formulated and verified,to solve the fundamental problem of vacuum pump binding.
