摘要
随着我国交通领域持续健康发展,高速公路与既有管线交叉情况日益普遍,如何采取合理的保护方案解决二者交叉问题尤为重要。结合津石高速公路石家庄段类似工程保护方案和自身设计体会,以暗盖板涵防护、桥梁跨越、预制盖板防护、预留套管及迁改保护等4种方案为依托,对高速公路与既有石油、燃气、水管等管线交叉工程保护方案进行设计探讨。同时,对于常规暗盖板涵防护方法,其地基承载力计算结果往往不能满足规范要求,从换填砂砾垫层加固和换填轻质材料填筑路基两方面对常规暗盖板涵防护地基承载力不足问题进行了思考与分析,力争为类似交叉工程保护方案设计提供一定参考。
With the sustained and healthy development of China’s transportation field,the intersection between expressway and existing pipeline is becoming more and more common.How to take reasonable protection schemes to solve the intersection problem is particularly important.Combined with the protection scheme of similar projects in Shijiazhuang section of Tianjin Shijiazhuang Expressway and its own design experience,based on four methods,including concealed slab culvert protection,bridge crossing,prefabricated slab protection,reserved casing and relocation protection scheme,this paper discusses the design and protection scheme of expressway and existing oil,gas,water pipe and other pipeline crossing projects.At the same time,the calculation results of foundation bearing capacity of conventional concealed slab culvert protection methods often can not meet the requirements of the specification.This paper considers and analyzes the insufficient bearing capacity of conventional concealed slab culvert protection foundation from replacement of gravel cushion reinforcement and replacement of light materials to fill the subgrade,so as to provide some reference for the protection scheme design of similar cross projects.
