摘要
为了优化柱塞气举排水采气工艺,提高柱塞的举液效率,使气井产气量提高,需要对柱塞气举工艺的影响因素进行研究;将影响柱塞气举的因素划分为三大因素,即动力因素、阻力因素、体积因素,通过建立柱塞气举的数学模型,运用控制变量法,求解井斜角、地层压力、气液比等参数对柱塞举升液量、产气量、柱塞循环时间的影响。结果表明:井斜角越大,周期举升液量和日产气量越大,循环时间变长;地层压力越大,周期举升液量和日产气量也会越大,循环时间变长;气液比变大,周期举升液量减少,日产气量增大,循环时间变短。为了使柱塞气举能够正常进行,气液比、地层压力必须高于一定值,井斜角、产液指数以及分离器压力需要低于最大值;各种因素发生变化,都会对柱塞气举效率产生影响,需要综合分析各因素对柱塞气举工艺的影响。对柱塞气举影响因素的分析都是在其中一个阶段进行,当气井工作一段时间后,井况发生变化,需要重新分析各因素对柱塞气举产生的影响。
In order to optimize the plunger gas lift drainage gas recovery process,improve the plunger liquid lifting efficiency,and increase the gas production of the gas well,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the plunger gas lift process.The factors affecting plunger gas lift were divided into three factors,namely power factor,resistance factor and volume factor.Through establishing the mathematical model of plunger gas lift and using the control variable method to solve parameters such as well inclination,formation pressure,gas-liquid ratio,etc,the influence of gas volume and plunger cycle time were solved.The results show that:the larger the well inclination,the greater the periodic lifting fluid volume and the daily gas production,and the longer the cycle time;the greater the formation pressure,the higher the periodic lifting fluid volume and the daily gas production.The larger the ratio,the longer the cycle time;the larger the gas-liquid ratio,the smaller the periodic lifting liquid volume,the larger the daily gas production,and the shorter the cycle time.In order to make the plunger gas lift work normally,the gas-liquid ratio and formation pressure must be higher than a certain value,and the inclination angle,liquid production index and separator pressure must be lower than the maximum value;various factors will change the plunger gas.It is necessary to comprehensively analyze the influence of various factors on the plunger gas lift process.The analysis of the influencing factors of the plunger gas lift is carried out in one of the stages.After the gas well has been operated for a period of time,the well condition changes,and the influence of each factor on the plunger gas lift needs to be re-analyzed.
