摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台的病友互助小组干预在老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年5月我院接收的88例老年T2DM患者作为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于微信平台的病友互助小组干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的家庭/经济负担、治疗负担、照护负担、情感负担评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的病友互助小组干预用于老年T2DM患者中,可减轻自我感受负担,提高自护能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of patient mutual aid group intervention based on WeChat platform in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with T2DM received in our hospital from November 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given patient mutual aid group intervention based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of family/economic burden,treatment burden,care burden and emotional burden in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-responsibility,self-care skills and health knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiology,psychology,environment and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient mutual aid group intervention based on WeChat platform applied in elderly patients with T2DM can reduce the self-perceived burden,improve the self-care ability and quality of life.
