摘要
目的研究基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理在内镜下介入术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2021年1月收治的58例食管胃底静脉曲张患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组开展围术期常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的出血量少于对照组,出血停止时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的27.59%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的各维度生活质量评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%(P<0.05)。结论将基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理应用于内镜下介入术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者中,有利于提升治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of whole course high-quality nursing based on"3H"theory in patients with esophageal and gastric varices undergoing endoscopic intervention.Methods Fifty-eight patients with esophageal and gastric varices treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given whole course high-quality nursing based on"3H"theory on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the stopping time of bleeding and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.90%,which was lower than 27.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 75.86%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course high-quality nursing based on"3H"theory applied in patients with esophageal and gastric varices undergoing endoscopic intervention is conducive to improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
