摘要
目的探讨基于老年综合评估的差异化护理效果及对患者的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月的临床资料,采取随机数字表法将西南医科大学附属医院收治的90例老年骨质疏松症患者分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组基于老年综合评估的差异化护理。对比两组患者护理前后的生活质量、疼痛评分、自护能力及疾病认知水平。结果护理前,观察组和对照组患者生活质量量表各项指标评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量量表各项指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者疼痛评分、自护能力、疾病认知水平评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,而自护能力、疾病认知水平评分指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于老年综合评估的差异化护理对老年骨质疏松症患者具有良好的护理优势,且能够更有效提升患者生活质量、自护能力及疾病认知,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the different nursing plan of elderly osteoporosis patients,and explore the effect of differentiated nursing based on comprehensive evaluation in such patients.Method A total of 90 elderly patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group.Routine nursing was given to the control group,and differentiated nursing based on elderly comprehensive evaluation was given in the observational group.The World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrumerts(WHOQOL-100),pain score,self-care ability and disease cognition level were compared between the two groups.Result QOL scores were not different between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).QOL scores of observational group were significant higher than that of control group after nursing(P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),selfprotection ability and disease cognition score were not different between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).VAS of the observation group was significant lower than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Self-protection ability and disease cognition score of observation group were significant higher than that of control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Differentiated nursing based on the elderly comprehensive evaluation has the advantages for elderly patients with osteoporosis.It can effectively improve the quality of life,self-protection ability,disease cognition,and pain for such patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
