摘要
5G场景下的新闻出版人才培养模式,呈现出典型的复合性特征。文章通过对5G时代新闻出版业态变迁历程的系统考察,尝试分析在这一变迁历程中,新闻出版人才培养模式的发展逻辑与范式转变。研究发现,5G时代出版业态转型对新闻出版人才提出的全新要求,推动了新闻出版人才的培养范式从线性传输转向复合驱动。为此,推进出版业的转型发展,加强新闻出版人才的培养,需要立足培养目标、培养定位、培养机理等多个层面为复合驱动的理论建构拓展讨论空间。
The cultivation mode of press and publication talents under the 5 G scenario presents typical composite characteristics. This article reviews the development logic and paradigm shift of the press and publication talents cultivation mode in the process of the transformation of the publishing industry in the 5 G era. It finds that the transformation of publishing industry in the 5 G era brings new demands to the talents of press and publication,which promotes the press and publishing talent cultivation paradigm from linear transmission to compound drive. Therefore,to promote the transformation and development of the publishing industry and strengthen the cultivation of press and publishing talents,it is necessary to expand the discussion space for compound-driven theoretical construction based on cultivation objectives,orientation,and mechanism.
