摘要
知识服务产品是专业化组织生产的以满足用户对特定知识的需求,从而获得一定商业价值的产品形态。在属性上,知识服务产品是一种流行文化、服务和商业生态。目前自媒体平台上具有圆柱型、三角型、鱼钩型和礼物型四种知识服务产品类型。自媒体知识服务产品经历了从We Media到I Media、从野蛮生长到精致优雅、从内容和流量到产品服务、从产品服务贩卖到产品服务创造的四个发展阶段。自媒体知识服务产品应该通过设计知识服务产品,建立知识传播系统和知识服务产业链,为用户提供更加优质的知识服务,从而获得长足发展。
Knowledge service products are specialized organizations produced to meet users' needs for specific knowledge and obtain certain commercial value. In terms of attributes,knowledge service products are popular cultures,services and business ecosystems. At present,there are four kinds of knowledge service products. They are cylindrical,triangular,fishhook and gift. The development of We-media knowledge service products has experienced four stages: from We-Media to I-Media,from the barbaric growth to refined elegance,from content and traffic to product service,from selling product service to creating product service. The product of We-media knowledge service should make full use of its characteristics in the production mechanism,by designing knowledge service products,establishing knowledge dissemination system and industry chain of knowledge service,what provid more quality knowledge service for users and achiev rapid development.
