海上天然气处理平台节能降耗措施探讨 被引量:2

摘要 天然气作为绿色低碳能源,其开采过程中也会伴随大量的二氧化碳排放。某天然气处理平台在生产过程中,根据不同的系统或工况实施了一系列的工艺、设备和逻辑改造,在保障系统安全稳定运行的同时,极大地减少了天然气开采过程中的碳排放量。通过将三甘醇系统气提气由天然气改为氮气、尾气流程加装冷却器,年节省天然气消耗30×10^(4)m^(3),回收轻烃122m^(3);对凝析油外输泵进行逻辑改造,将流量控制阀FV的控制模式由单一的流量PID控制,改为流量和频率串级控制,实现流量设点随频率的变化而变化,外输泵能耗降低3%,缓冲罐闪蒸气量降低约1000m^(3)/d;通过天然气增压工艺参数适应性优化,在平均湿气输送量1400×10^(4)m^(3)/d的前提下,日均耗气由20.27×10^(4)m^(3)/d降至14.75×10^(4)m^(3)/d,每天节省燃气5.52×10^(4)m^(3);通过新增高压和低压火炬气回收系统,年回收火炬气约800×10^(4)m^(3),创造效益约1600万元,同时年节能9300t标煤;通过仪表气系统的创新改造,年节能40.9t标煤。 The natural gas is a kind of green low-carbon energy,and it produces with a large amount of carbon dioxide emissions.During the production on certain natural gas processing platform,a series of technology,equipment and logic improvement is implemented according to various systems or operating conditions.The system may be run stably and safely,and carbon emissions may be reduced greatly during the production of natural gas.After the stripping gas changes from natural gas to nitrogen and cooler is installed during tail gas process for the triethylene glycol system,the annual natural gas consumption is saved by 30×10^(4)m^(3),and there are 122m^(3) of light hydrocarbon recovered.After logic improvement on condensate export pump and control model of flow control valve FV changed from single flow PID control to the cascade control of flow and frequency,which realizes the change of flow with the frequency at the point,the energy consumption of export pump reduced by 3%,and the flash steam of buffer tank reduced by about 1000m^(3)/d.The adaptability of parameters of gas pressurization process is optimized,the average daily gas consumption drops from 20.27×10^(4)m^(3)/d to 14.75×10^(4)m^(3)/d,that is to say,5.52×10^(4)m^(3)of gas consumption is saved every day on the conditions of 1400×10^(4)m^(3)/d of the average wet gas transmission capacity.After high-pressure and low-pressure flare gas recovery system is applied,the annual recovery of flare gas is about 800×10^(4)m^(3) with about 16 million yuan of benefits and 9300 tons of standard coal saved on energy.After the innovation and transformation of instrument gas system,the annual energy saving is 40.9 tons of standard coal.
