摘要
操作系统是信息技术的基础,也是国家信息安全的基石。操作系统国产化既是产业需求,更是国家战略需求,也正面临着创新人才严重短缺的困境。通过分析高校在操作系统人才培养上存在的不足,提出了创新人才培养的新目标和相应的四个层级能力需求,提出了以思政教育引导学生价值观与国家战略一致,同时从课堂内外、学校内外、理论与实践、过程与结果等四个维度分别通过优化产学研用协同育人环境、线上线下混合教学、跨课程综合实验平台、高水平学科竞赛等四个要素来提升创新人才培养质量。总结了软件学院、计算机学院、网安学院近三年在操作系统人才培养上的教改实践和经验,以期为我国高校培养操作系统高质量创新人才提供有益的参考。
Operating system is the foundation of information technology and the cornerstone of national information security.Operating system localization is not only an industrial demand,but also a national strategic demand.In the face of the continuous widening short of operating system R&D talents,by analyzing the shortcomings of the training of operating system talents in universities,the paper proposed to guide students’ values to be consistent with the national development strategy based on ideological and political education,and build and optimize the collaborative education environment of industry,university,research and application,online and offline blended teaching,crossed course comprehensive experimental platform,high-level discipline competition to improve the quality of innovative talent training.This paper summarized the four levels operating system innovation talent training scheme and a series of specific teaching reform practices built by three IT colleges in recent years,and showed the application cases and good results.The paper tried to provide a useful reference for other universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents of operating system.
