垃圾分类背景下餐厨垃圾回收利用装置设计

摘要 目的:设计一款具有可行性的餐厨垃圾分类装置;方法:收集整理目前市场上关于餐厨垃圾分类装置的特点与问题,以一星期为一周期进行设计实践,并归纳分析数据,比较两者的异同点,得出餐厨垃圾分类的矛盾点:干湿转化过程复杂、资源回收不便、装置体型较大且不环保;结论:针对餐厨垃圾分类提出一种可行性的设计方案,主要包括外形、内部构造两部分,与目前市场上现有的餐厨垃圾分类装置相比简化了干湿垃圾转化的过程,方便后续资源回收利用,且使用材料绿色环保、体积较小、对环境影响较小。 Objective: To design a feasible kitchen waste sorting device. Methods: The characteristics and problems of the kitchen waste sorting device in the current market were collected, and the design practice was carried out with one week as a cycle. The data were summarized and analyzed, and the similarities and differences between them were compared, and the contradictions of the kitchen waste sorting were obtained: the wet-dry conversion process was complex, the resource recovery was inconvenient, the device was large and not environmentally friendly. Conclusion: A feasible design scheme for kitchen waste classification is put forward, which mainly includes two parts: appearance and internal structure. Compared with the existing kitchen waste classification devices in the market, it simplifies the process of wet and dry waste conversion, facilitates the subsequent recycling of resources, and uses green materials, which are small in size and have little impact on the environment.
