摘要
当前工程作业装备存在速度低、作业能效及可靠性差、产品和零部件通用性及互换性差等问题,其中产品和零部件的通用性、互换性差的问题尤为严重,不符合市场发展的客观规律,维修、使用不便,更无法作为军用储备。本文主要介绍了工程作业装备的市场现状,给出了工程作业装备统型工作的具体开展思路与方法,切实提升了产品的通用化、模块化、系列化水平,并结合实施案例总结统型设计经验,为后续系统地推进工程机械行业产品的统型工作提供参考。
At present,the existing problems in engineering equipment include low speed,poor efficiency and reliability of operation,poor universality and interchangeability of products and parts.Among them,the latter is especially serious,which does not conform to the objective laws of market development.As a result,it is difficult to maintain and use these products or parts,not to mention serve as military reserves.This study introduces the market status of engineering equipment,and gives the specific ideas and methods of carrying out the unified work of engineering equipment.The research improves the generalization,modularization and serialization of products,and summarizes the experience of unified design in combination with the implementation cases,thus providing reference for the subsequent systematic promotion of unified products in the construction machine ry industry.
