摘要
"三化"是指通用化、系列化、模块化,是标准化工作和企业管理的高级形式,是有效解决制造企业质量、成本、交货期魔鬼三角的有效途径。SG公司为满足日益增长的市场需求,在国内透平压缩机组"三化"设计领域率先进行了有益的探索和实践。本文简要论述透平压缩机组"三化"设计的原理、方法、实施及效果。
The ＂Three Management＂ refers to serialization, standardization and generalization, which is the high level of management, as well as the effective way to solve the Devil＇s Triangle for quality, cost and delivery. SG company carries out research and practice in ＂Three Management＂ to meet the market demand. This paper describes the principle, methods, implementation and effect of the ＂Three Management＂ for turbo machine train.
