摘要
目的:了解护理本科生对老年护理学课程线上线下混合式学习的需求,进而提出提升学习效果的策略。方法:采用便利抽样法选取桂林医学院护理学院大三、大四103名护生为对象,通过“问卷星”平台发放问卷进行调查。结果:学习需求各维度中,教学方式需求分值最高(3.92);其次为线上环境需求(3.86);各条目中,线上教学平台应提供更多与现实、临床相关的案例,以便工作的时候用得到分值最高(3.93);71.1%的学生认为线上、线下所占成绩最佳比例为1∶1。结论:护生对混合式教学模式持积极态度,教师应充分发挥引导者、协作者角色,结合临床实践案例给学生更多展示机会。
Objective:To understand the need of nursing undergraduates for online and offline blended learning in geriatric nursing courses.Methods:103 junior and senior nursing undergraduates from Guilin Medical College were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method,who were investigated by questionnaire through the“questionnaire star”platform.Results:Among the dimensions of learning needs,teaching strategy needs scored the highest(3.92),then followed by the online environmental demand(3.86).Among all questionnaire items,online teaching platform should provide more cases related to real life and clinical practice,so as to get the highest score when used in work(3.93).71.1%undergraduates believed that the optimal ratio of exam score between online and offline exam is 1:1.Conclusions:Nursing undergraduates hold positive attitudes towards blended teaching,thinking teachers should give full play to their roles as facilitators and collaborators,and providing students with more opportunities to show by basing on the clinical practice cases.
