摘要
该文从负荷角度出发,提出一种基于激励型需求响应的主动配电网态势利导方法。首先,基于激励型需求响应提出主动配电网最大供电能力模型;接着以供电能力为主要依据,综合考虑系统供电可靠性、系统安全性和分布式电源出力波动等因素,建立主动配电网安全态势评估体系,采用模糊层次分析法得到计及激励型需求响应前后网络的预警值;最后对扩展的IEEE RBTS-Bus4系统进行仿真分析。结果表明该文所提出的方法能够有效改善主动配电网的运行状态,提高系统的安全防御能力。
From the perspective of load,a situation orientation method of active distribution network based on incentive demand response is proposed in this paper.First,a model of total supply capacity model for active distribution network based on incentive demand response is proposed.Then an index system of security situation assessment for active distribution network is established,in which the power-supply ability is taken as the primary basis and different factors of active distribution network are comprehensively considered,such as system power-supply reliability,system security,and distributed generation output fluctuations,etc.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to obtain the early warning value of the network before and after the incentive demand response.Finally,the extended IEEE RBTS-bus4 system is simulated and analyzed,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the operation status of active distribution network,and enhance the security and defense capabilities of the system.
