摘要 目的探究全健康领域大数据研究趋势和热点,为全健康大数据决策支持工作提供参考。方法以2001—2020年Web of Science核心合集和CNKI中主题词为“大数据”“全健康”的文献为研究对象,利用Citespace5.7.R3进行发文量分析,构建国家、机构、作者合作网络图谱,通过绘制关键词共现图谱分析研究热点。结果检索到中文文献303篇、英文文献1756篇,全健康大数据研究热度不断上升;美国、中国发文最多,研究机构中,中国科学院发文和被引均排名第一;国际国内注重合作交流。结论国际研究热点为大数据在气候变化、空气污染、生物多样性、食品安全,以及物联网、机器学习中的应用;国内研究热点为大数据在食品安全和疫情防控中的应用。研究前沿转向数字化流行病学、智慧城市、智慧农业和政府管理。 Objective To explore the research trends and hot spots of big data in the Full Health,and to provide reference for the research work.Methods Taking literatures related to"big data"and"Full Health"in WOS core collection and CNKI from 2001 to 2020 as research objects,Citespace5.7.R3 was used to analyze the number of published articles,build the cooperative network map of countries,institutions and authors,and draw the co-occurrence map of keywords for research hotspot analysis.Result 303 Chinese literatures and 1756 English literatures were retrieved,indicating that the popularity of big data research in Full Health is increasing.The United States and China published the most papers.The Chinese Academy of Sciences ranked first in both publication and citation among institutions.Cooperation and exchanges were emphasized both at home and abroad.Conclusion International research hotspots include the application of big data in climate change,air pollution,biodiversity and food safety,as well as the Internet of Things and machine learning;Domestic research focuses on the application of big data in food safety and epidemic prevention and control;The research frontier is shifting to digital epidemiology,smart cities,smart agriculture and government administration.
