摘要
满足商业实践的变化和发展趋势是新商科人才培养的初衷。数字创新是数字经济时代商业实践变化的根本驱动力,提升数字创新能力因而成为新商科人才培养的重要任务。新商科人才的数字创新能力是数字素养和创新能力的有机结合,包括复合多元的知识基础,数据驱动的创新思维和数字时代的企业家精神三个核心维度。高校需要从课程融合、专业融通和主体融汇三个方面开展新商科人才数字创新能力的培养。
To meet the change and development trends of business practice is the original intention of cultivating new business talents.Digital innovation is the fundamental driving force of the change of business practice in the digital economy era.The digital innovation capability of new business talents is an organic combination of digital literacy and innovation capability,including three core dimensions such as the complex and diversified knowledge base,data-driven innovation thinking and entrepreneurship in the digital era.Universities need to cultivate the digital innovation ability of new business talents from three aspects:curriculum integration,specialty consilience and subject fusion.
